HiTask is a calendar based app. It helps create a sense of organization to all school assignments, work assignments and keeps your team on track. HiTask allows its users to create a calendar to help make your day flow easier. On top of creating a calendar, you can also add teammates to the calendar and they can add to it as well. Also, on top of calendar events, you can add projects to the app and have others edit it. The app sends out emailed reminders to fellow staff members about any task, event or project as well. This app is very useful, especially in the Hospitality industry because, this field is very busy and can become chaotic. HiTask will keep me organized between meetings, interviewing, hiring and other work related projects I will need to do in my future career.
Rosie, this calendar seems pretty intuitive with a nice looking interface. There are some features which separate this app from Google Calendar, but it seems pretty similar overall. May I ask why you choose to use HiTask over Google Calendar?
ReplyDeleteHi Rosie, I have never heard of HiTask, but after watching your presentation I think it would be a very useful app for me to use to help keep track of my schoolwork as well as my work life and social life. I like how you can add teammates to the calendar because it makes it easier to share information with other people. I’m excited to look more into this app and potentially use it in my future career.

Although I keep a planner and a desk calendar, I feel like this app would be awesome for me because I am on my phone most of the time, and don't always have access to my calendar or planner to keep track of. I like the features and agree this can aid me to be more organized with my future career.
Hi Rosie! I personally have never heard of your tool Hitask. Though it seems like a great and easy way to help anyone stay organized! Which seems perfect to me because I love to keep everything organized when it comes to school! Though I think it is very interesting that you can add others to the app. This would great for all members of teams to access.

ReplyDeleteI always am interested in learning about new calendar apps because I find it so helpful when I want to organize my agenda for the day or week. This seems pretty similar to Google Calendar which I love so I will definitely try it out. I think it is awesome that you can add people to your calendar so that family and friends can be aware of your busy schedule.

Since I am always busy with work and other things, I believe HItask is something I could consider since it makes schedules and I am someone who likes to be organize by having a schedule for everything.

I also liked how this app is available on Apple and Android. I feel like this app is a great way to stay organized for college students on daily coursework on different classes. I have never heard about this app but the most beneficial feature is to be able to sync other's calenders, as well as keep track of different schedules you have or just things you need to get done.

ReplyDeleteI have never heard of this app before, so this was a very helpful video of how to use Hitask. This seems very helpful in many aspects. In family life is is nice to be able to have everyones’ schedule in one place. In a professional sense, it is helpful to hold all events that are coming up and tasks that are due. This can be helpful in a classroom by having a calendar designated to each class.
